My venerable Epson Action Laser II adds a wierd character to each page, about in the middle, though not always in the same place. It looks a little like this: __"__
It prints like that from every program (Win2K, SP4). I tried to see if it would do it from
Linux, but my live version of Mandrake doesn't even detect the printer (parallel port). Any idea what causes this and what I can do about it? Thanks
