I'm selling a car and would like to get a form for a reciept just to make sure it's a 100% legal sale and there's no open ends.

Or use that Microsoft form.

Make sure to specify "AS IS - NO WARRANTY" and only accept guaranteed funds (cashier's check or wire transfer).

Ross is good, I was just going to say check your state's equivalent of DMV.

Oregon has one for download as well.

They (DMV) link you to third party sites who sell generic Bills of Sale. Just drop by the DMV or print a generic one as suggested.
