Print digital pictures

Yes! Digital photos can be printed just take the media to any photo finishing center (I find Walmart is the cheapest about 29 cents a photo)
 
But what technology do they use for print? Is it ink or laser, or something else?
 
But do they print to a laser or convert it to regular media first?

It is printed digitally direct to photo paper in almost all instances.

Usually inkjet based.

I stand corrected. I just thought that they didn't tend to use laser technology.
