I'm planning to buy a new LCD monitor to replace my 19" Mag crt.
The Princeton Senergy 714 (17") and the Princeton LCD19D (19") are the two monitors I'm considering.
The Senergy 714 is a new model with all of the features you would want.
The LCD19D is a year old, but the people who buy them on Newegg (even recently), are very happy with them.
I have a 9800 pro video card, and I do play 3D games, but not a lot, and I prefer the ones that are not overly fast.
Besides surfing the net, watching movies is the most important thing I use my system for.
At any rate, I live in a town where I can't even see a 17" LCD and a 19" LCD side-by-side (not even at Staples), so this decision is killing me.
Which one would you buy even if the prices were the same? (And they are very close in price - the Senergy is $292 delivered, and the LCD19D is $350 delivered.)
Thanks for your input.
I posted this question in the video forum, but maybe it will do better here.
