Worlds worst on shipping and customer service. Odered on 12/10/04 and did not receive until 1/9/05. Item was in transt for almost a month. Customer service in INDIA was of no help.

I've bought lots of stuff from buy.com this last year, never had any trouble and would buy from them again. slow shipping but it's free so I can wait.

FEDEX is showing that i should recieve shipment anytime now. EST DEL 01/18 looks like I got lucky here, the first package scan was in Harrisburg Pa about 45min from where i live. So... if you live in pa/ohio you'll most likely get it by friday at the latest

I got on the $329 after $100 rebate the first time round back in Nov, shipping was the usual 5 day ground via UPS.
Never had a problem with Buy.com, been buying off them for last 5-6 years now...
