Sounds like a isolated incident.. I looked into it... do a search and you will see that this is rare. But like ANY rebate, be prepared to have your ducks in a row.

6% coupon code for this weekend could bring this down to $230 after rebate, but it's currently showing as "shipping soon", so don't know if Buy.com will still give the % off if they ship after the coupon is expired, even if it's ordered this weekend. Unfortunately, can't find a phone number on their site to call them either.

Also, some of the cheap LCD monitors don't allow height adjustment, only tilt. Does this one?
