Prime95 only uses 60% CPU Load after changing 166MHz to 200MHz FSB?

I used to run the XP Mobile 2600 running 12x166=2.0 Ghz, using dual channel DDR333 with 2 sticks of 256MB. Prime 95 would instantly get it up to 100% CPU Load.

Now I changed the memory to DDR400, same motherboard, but running in single channel since I only have 1 stick of 512MB. This way I'm running at 10x200=2.0Ghz, same speed, but gives me somewhat higher FSB and also lower multiplier with less heat. (I can also easily hit 11x200 but it gets the temp up to 52C). Curious thing is that the same Prime95 can only get CPU Load up to 60-70% at most, and simply could not hit 100%.

What's the reason for this? The Athlon XP is single core and running at same speed as before so I should see it hitting 100% shouldn't I? By the way, I can get CPU Load up to 100% by running some rendering application in the background, so clearly CPU 100% is possible. I wonder if this has something to do with the single/dual channel memory, and how Prime95 uses it.
