Prime95 fails on me, should I continue to 'oc?

Sure, but try lowering your OC and see if you can get Prime95 stable.

I'd up the voltage a notch or two, lower the multiplier to 12.5, and raise the FSB to 166MHz. You have a lower overall o/c with a higher FSB and better memory performance as a result. See how that works for you.

We were all once beginners. :)

First off, you should try and oc your cpu first by running your memory at the most relaxed timings. This can be done in your motherboard bios. You should reach your max cpu oc, then try and set your memory timings tighter/faster and see if your memory can handle your max cpu oc. Or, you can raise your ram voltage to the max and see if this helps your oc run Prime95 without errors.
