Prime95 doesnt last longer then a minute, checked memory out, what else ??

i have finally found the famous Prime95,
so thought i'd give it a spin with my upgraded system (new MoBo, CPU, RAM)

and it either freezes my entire system , or it stops coz of errors whin a few seconds.

i tested the RAM at the setting i was trying through GoldMemory and it went 7 hours without a single error (although it is suspect at doing its spec speed etc, gotta get a refund on it)

ran CPU Stability 6.0 build 154, and it seems fine for 15 minutes

what else could i test ??what could be the problem ??

ran it off a fresh install of XP too!!

temps, max CPU 58-59 and thats with the 7VRXP which reads temps 10 degree's higher then any other
starts at 52-53 in the first few tests when i up the Voltage to max i can (1.920) so it wont freeze.
