System Specs are in sig, and both tests fail in a few seconds. Got CPU from monarch with what looked like thermal compound residue on it. My best guess is the winchester is at fault, so would like to return it while have the warranty.

Any other suggestions for tests I should do or actions I should take are greatly appriciated.

Edit: A couple extra notes, everything is stock, I changed nothing in BIOS, and CPUz shows it at 1800mhz @ 1.39Vcore.
