Prime95 and Memtest stable, but still get crashes?

I recently put some BH-5 ram into my AMD64 rig, it wouldn't run 222 at 2.6V at 400MHZ, I have to set it to 2-3-2, but it memtested stable for almost 8 hours at 2.8V, 466MHz, 222. It was prime stable for a few hours too, haven't tested it further yet. However, I get some random crashes, sometimes a app like bit torrent or cs source. CS source usually just crashes to the desktop, though I did get a memory error once, and a memory error in bt once. Grant cs source may have a bug with AF on, I'm sure about that. In addition, I'd get BSOD's every one in a while. The lasted said IRQL_NOT LESS THAN OR EQUAL or something like that. Is there a possibility that there is something wrong with the ram in spite of passing memtest 86? I might have to loosen the timings and test, as I've heard some amd64 systems have problems with bh-5, but I have a CG rev newcastle.

I can suggest that you run memtest overnight. If it passes (no errors), run prime95 overnight. Use memtest and set it up to log temps and voltages. You can view the log to see if the voltages drop too much.

If the problem continues, use a digital volt meter and measure the voltage from a molex connector while running prime95 to make sure that your supply is not too weak.

Edit:
I meant to say use Motherboard Monitor 5 and set it to log temps and voltages.

Crashing to the desktop is normally a PSU error, or lack of vcore or vdimm. You might try upping both of those a notch. Also, the IRQL_NOT LESS THAN OR EQUAL error is an overall stability error, but most commonly focuses on the processor, too. Up the vcore a notch and check your temps.
