Prime95 100°C CPU

I have i5-4670K@4200MHz. When i start Prime95 my CPU goes to 100°C in few seconds. I also have BSOD in Prime95.
 
What are you cooling the CPU with?
Overclocked CPU gets toasty and when it does it has to work really hard to perform. When properly cooled your performance will go up and your CPU will thank you

I concur. I once (2014-2016) used an i7 4790k to test heatsinks @ 4.4GHz. Most properly seated heatsinks were able to cool it.
