Two weeks ago work sent out a building wide e-mail asking everyone to please leave the nesting duck alone. I hadn't seen her, so all this time I'd assumed she was under the bushes up against the building or someplace relatively safe. Yesterday I used a door I don't normally use and found her:

I see somebody has put water out there for her but she's been sitting there completely exposed for the last two weeks.
Google tells me she probably has a couple weeks to go if the eggs are actually fertilized, there will be some very sad women in the office if she sits there for a month and has nothing to show for it.
