True at virtually every single restaurant I've visited as well. I've only visited a few restaurants where medium rare actually was (ie. Flemings).

J. Alexanders in Beachwood, OH. makes one of the best Prime Ribs ive had. Their topping is amazing. Medium Rare with their Smashed potatoes and OMG its good.

Filet Mignon, Medium rare (on the rare side), that when finished leaves a pool of juice on your plate to soak your fries in.

This poll needs a Porterhouse option! I just had one at Peter Luger's yesterday, and it was soooo good! :)
