PRIME B250M-PLUS M.2 issue

why M.2 speed one is support Gen3X4, other is Gen3X2?
and why need two M.2 slot on B250 chipset?
I remember B250 can not support Raid 0 , right?

They don't have enough PCIe lanes, and why not? Some people want more than 1 M.2 slot.
