I get errors usually within a minute of Prime95, always a hardware failure. It's not specific though. What is the problem most likely? This program doesn't really tell me anything.

FATAL ERROR: Resulting sum was 4.327337700470082e+016, expected: 4.327337700522675e+016 Hardware failure detected

What am i supposed to make of that?

What the error says is usually ignored by people.

Basically, you either get an error or you do not.
If you get an error, it means that your system is not stable.

The best order is to run memtest first.
If you do not get errors running it overnight, you then run Prime. If you get errors from Prime, you need to improve the cooling for your CPU, or increase the VCore by a notch, or reduce your CPU overclock.

You should check the voltages of your power supply unit while running Prime, using a digital Volt meter, to ensure that your PSU is OK.

The reason for running memtest first is that unstable memory can cause Prime to error out too.
