Prime 95 + Furmark

I have been attempting to run prime 95 and furmark together to get an idea of what the worst case scenario for total system power draw would be. However, as soon as I start both up, the gpu never reaches full load, it goes up to maybe 70% max and back down(and back and forth). I thought I used to be able to do this(I have since upgraded a couple of parts). Anyone have any Ideas?
