Primary monitor on dual monitor setup won't keep refresh rate after reboot.

Basicaly what the title says. I have a Radeon 8500 running 2 monitors. Whenever I reboot the primary monitor (on the VGA port) will reset to 60hz. Can't seem to figure out why or how to stop it. It use to hold it fine before I added a second monitor on the DIV port (via an adaptor).

Anyone have any Ideas? I'm running WinXP pro.
