(Actually, that *would* be kind of a cool tie-in, notebooks with "designer covers", from popular computer games like Doom3, HL2, UT2K4, etc.) I wonder if that would lead to lunchtime discussions akin to what goes on in the video forum here, about which game is better.

I wonder, can you overclock a "no. 2" pencil to "no. 2.2", and get it to write faster? Do they overheat more if used continually? Good excuse for why you aren't writing in class - "Well, I modded my good 'ol number 2 here, and I have to give it some cooldown time before using it again, so I don't damage it. It's my best rig."
