Asus A7V333 with 2000+ AthlonXP ddr333

Honestly, the two would probably be very comparable. My advice is, if you're going to overclock, then definitely get the 1.8A. If you're not, then just get whatever is cheaper, which in this case is probably the AMD setup.

depends on what price and which performance you are trying to meet?

both are good but you may find that there are tradeoffs so find the one that best fits your needs and budget then make an informed decision. which one has the best features that you will use the most or would like to have
