price matching help

I have a local office depot and a local office max.

Office max has the logitech duo elite for $50 after INSTANT rebate of $50

Office depot has it for $99 with no rebate advertised..

Office depot should price match with no problems correct? Also is it 110% pricematch
meaning I would get another 10% off so the final price would be less than office max?

What big chain stores have the 110% price match. I do 95% of my shopping online
so I really don't know alot about price matching.

You could price match it to Value America using some 2for1 value bucks and make 45.00

Yeah sorry about that. I actually posted it in Off Topic first
but I didn't get any response and its 1/2 way urgent...

Value bucks? Make $45? Please explain
