i don't know if this is the right form but i somewhere on anandtech that if you buy something online and the price changes within a week or so they will refund the difference... what i want to know is who does it? the creditcard company(visa), paypal, or the site(newegg)?
 
american express has price guarantee for some of their cards. I don't think master/visa/discover do this. if a store offers this, it is called price match.
 
NewEgg does NOT pricematch...even if they themselves lower the price...
