The current street prices are based off of the original MSRPs - with a drop in MSRP, there will also be a drop in the street price.

No, no, no- don't you see- they are obviously going to raise the prices since nV is dropping the MSRP. The lowered pricing couldn't possibly indicate that nVidia is reducing their pricing which lowers the cost to OEMs which then lowers the cost to retailers which then lowers the cost to us- that is too complicated. Nope, what this means is that all the board prices are going to go up
