**4/15 - Prey is coming, for real
http://www.prey.com/
I'm excited!
**4/5 - ..AND SO IT BEGINS**
Well, here we go again guys! It's the official E3 thread. I'm working a different schedule than last year, but I will try to keep as much info inside it as possible. Feel free to post interesting tid-bits or links here as well and I'll try to put them in the OP. Lets start this off with something really interesting and should spark some controversy.

That link has some interesting and fun news, so be sure to check it out. Here we gooo!
At first glance looking like a domain squatter page, a visit to Prey.com will actually show you a very brief Flash animation with the tag line "Earth's Savior Doesn't Want The Job". A quick WHOIS reveals the domain is owned by Take 2 Games, and a view source on the page shows a line of binary code. Translated, it says "Hiding things in the source code is so 20th century. If you're looking for more info: PC Gamer. June issue. Worldwide debut". So it looks like the rumors were right, Prey is back in development, and we'll be hearing about it very soon.

The show's biggest surprise, though, will likely be the revelation of "Prey". Gamers first
heard of "Prey" in 1997. The game, originally about a Native American who fights several nefarious alien races, was thought to be cancelled, but quietly restarted a few years ago. The new version will use the "Doom 3" graphics engine and is said to be a visually striking title. There's no word on whether the story has changed.
3D Realms, makers of the popular "Duke Nukem" series, originally worked on "Prey," but word is they have handed development to a third party and are overseeing work on the game. Take Two Interactive Software (Research) is the likely publisher for the game, given its relationship with 3D Realms, but has not made any announcements.
