Preview JPG folders in Vista

Hello,

I am running Vista 64 ultimate, I have office 2007 installed. WHen I browse a folder with JPGs I just see icons- not previews. I noticed this when I went to change my background. Any way to correct this? I tried changing JPGs to open with various programs but I don't see previews.

I have to get use to things not being where they used to be - in the control panel I needed to go to the folder view - always show icons. I don't mind them adding the folder options in control panel but why the heck did they take it away from folder options when you have a folder open?
