Is there a way to disable the automatic spindown on WD Blue internal 2.5" drives? It spins itself down immediately after reading or writing, so the next time the drive is accessed, there is a noticable delay/lag and noises while the drive spins back up. Extremely annoying.

And no, hard drive sleep settings in Windows 7 and Mac OS X have NO EFFECT! D:
