Prevent chkdsk from appearing on boot under XP with FAT32

I am using FAT32 with WinXP Pro. Every time I boot my computer, chkdsk appears to scan the hard drive. I would like to prevent it from ever appearing at startup. Where is the setting?

Let it finish, then don't improperly shutdown the box. It's running because it thinks there's a problem, check the event viewer to see if there's anything about the drive dying.
