Nowhere near as good as BB's $17 closeout, but still a nice deal. It's a GREAT Keyboard, cheapest I can find them online is about $70. I already own one, but I still ran down and picked another up today. B&M only, in So Cal it looks like a few stores still have them. Best KB I've ever owned - and I've owned a lot. latest firmware/drivers fix the issues people had with them originally.

Nice find. There are only a few left in Dallas/Fort Worth. (One open box at Irving Mall, one open box in Plano, and maybe a couple in Burleson if they haven't already been sold.)

my only complaint (got it for $17 at BB closeout), is that with the lights off its too dark to see. The backlight doesn't show through each key, only the edges. That, and all the keys seem offset just a tab but (coming from a saitek eclipse).

Anyone agree?

Just ordered one. I don't really need a gaming keyboard (I already have a second generation Logitech G15), but I absolutely love Razer's mouse products, so I'll give it a shot. I've heard that the keys feel wonderful.

I find the term gaming keyboard a bit of a gimmick, with the macros and anti ghosting yes it is great for gaming. But, it's an awesome all around KB, the keys do feel awesome and this is a wonderful keyboard to type on. I was using it for working on my web site. And the zoom/rotate/100% keys are awesome in Photoshop! I press zoom in and it starts to zoom in. :)

I actually replaced a Logitech Dinovo Edge with this, and it's my 2nd Tarantula. I loved my Edge but I spilled soda on it and it won't charge anymore ha. My only gripe qith my new Razer is I can't get the volume/mute buttons to work. I know they worked on my old board so I'm confused.

you will like the KB man, it's really a great board.

to Antifreze, only keys that have back lighting are the macro keys, I can see the light perfectly. The prototype board every key was backlit, a shame they didn't stay with that. For no real reason I replaced all the L/R macro keys with the included "gaming" ones. I like having knifes and guns and grenades on my KB, makes it more violent :)

Yeah, thanks for recommending it. I can't wait to pick it up. At the very least, I can keep my G15 at home for Team Fortress 2 and use the Tarantula at the office cranking away at documents :)
