To pursue a legal recourse requires quite a bit of time- time which usually exceeds the value of the rebate.

What most of us have learned is to stick with reliable companies that have a history of honoring their rebates. Tiger Direct has a bad history and a bad reputation. While there may be legal recourse, most of us prefer to just avoid the hassle.

Yeah my $100 rebate from them for the AMD package still has not come yet and I sent that out about 4 months ago!!

The HTT speed is 800mhz, instead of 1ghz. It has no impact on performance though.
