I interviewed with Google about 2 years ago and the recruiter asked for SAT, GPA, etc.
I don't think they were what they wanted so I forgot about them. A month later, another recruiter emailed me about another open position but I had JUST started a new job so I wasn't interested. Ever since, I've been applying sporadically to different positions with and without referrals but never got a response. I feel like I've been spamming their job board over the past 2 years. I submitted to one particular job about 4 times because it kept getting reposted and I felt I had the correct niche background :/. I'm also working as an independent contractor now so I have the flexibility to alter my current title to fit the positions so they probably saw various titles that I used which may seem odd to them. I came across a new opening today and I couldn't resist the urge as it's something I'm interested in. Pretty sure Google keeps all data I ever submitted to them. Anyone know how all of this is perceived?
