"Pretty" I-9 build plan

1. Use case: Custom Handbrake encodes, general use, light gaming, "Shiny lights"
2. Budget: $1500
3. Country: US
5. Brand preference: Not really, but looking to have "single pane of glass" on the build controls
7. Overclocking: Nothing too crazy, but since I am looking at overclockable parts- might have to push it a little bit 🙂
8. Resolution: 3840x1080
9. WHEN: Release week for 9th Gen Intel CPU's
10. Need to purchase any software? No.

I am planning to do a "pretty" build based on the Phanteks Evolv Shift X. the research that I have done suggests that the parts I have selected should fit, and that I should be able to hook it all into the RGB control built in to the motherboard for a single point of presence.
Any constructive input?

Well, it might be pretty and all, but it might not boot unless the Z370 already has BIOS updates that support the new 9700K. Maybe get a Z390 motherboard so you don't have to worry about that (unless you already have a Coffee Lake CPU where you can update the BIOS)
