Has the front panel that has digital audio in/out (both optical and coaxial-RCA). Also has MIDI ports. And then, it has a 3.5mm headphone jack and 3.5mm mic in ports (is 3.5mm right, that seems incorrect for some reason).
So, if you're just going to hook it up to speakers then it doesn't offer anything for you, but if you might take advantage of the front port for some reason then its nice.
I picked this up from ZipZoomFly a couple of weeks back, and after the rebate, it should come to about $135 shipped I think. It was about this price without the rebate, but this is decent without the hassle.
