I guessed phishing fraud for all but 1 - every one of those emails could be faked very easily.
So what if they were real? Any time I have to click on a link in an email that's taking me to a site where I'm entering any financial information - I type the URL in myself.

8/10 erred on the side of caution twice.
Capitalone and BankofAmerica, both due to the links at the bottom (not to the main homepage/domain).
If it's been really bothered though, I would have done a WHOIS on the domains.
