As the campaign for the White House heats up, familiar issues have begun to emerge. Is it style or substance that matters to voters? Where are the candidates on the issues? How much of an effect does money and campaign finance play in shaping candidates?

The smartest move they could do is stop campaigning and donate all the money they would spend on it to healthcare or schools. Would get my vote... if I lived there.

Clinton won twice because he had the best hair. Think about it. Sure, it's more grey now but back then it was still a handsome brown. And it never moved! You could throw a hurricane at those follicles-on-steroids and it wouldn't phase them. Bush Sr.'s hair was a mess and he lost. And don't get me started on Bob Dole. Perot lacked hair altogether and he managed only 20%. See the trend?
