Clinton admitted to making mistakes, what he's complaining about is that all the info he and Richard Clarke had on Al Qaeda was summarily dismissed by G W Halfwit and his Admin. Botched and his Administration had the experience of his predecessors to work with and failed miserably (unlike Obama) where as Clinton didn't so he was winging it and still did better than Bothced.
