been given a little presentations using Ethos, Logos and Pathos (ways of audience selection and product design). decided to do something unique to presentations in college.... so i'm thinking of doing it with beer!
Since my audience is a class of about 15 2nd-year college students, most of which drink regularly during the weekend. And since they hate homework over the weekend... I put two and two together and created my presentation idea. (COMMENTS PLEASE
)
I start by opening my backpack and taking out a guinness (emtpy cause i'm a minor and could be arrested outright for bringing actual beer on campus) setting it on the table. then take out a calc book and setitng it next to the guinness. Then, without saying anything, point to the calc in a "want this?" manner. then do the same to the guinness... but with gleeful noding after my "look". then a little speech as to why we would rather drink than work.
unique to college presentation? worth trying out on prof? (she's liberal, it would work)
