hey im gettin my gf of 3 years a present, shes in college now in a dorm, so one of the things im gettin her is a decent set of speakers, but i wanted to get her somehting else, i was thinking ipod nano, but is there something else that you guys recomend? the thing is i like getting her electronics that like are "cool" for her, what id really want is if neone knows a good place for cheap car dvd players, thatd be real cool, but ne suggestions? just like of cool electronics, max i wanna spend is 250, thnx

yeah, not that I mind when my boyfriend buys me an mp3 player because he secretly wants it but get her a nice piece of jewlery or some clothes or something

yeah, you could, but, I don't know the personality of the GF... she could be into eletronics as much as the OP, OR NOT...
You could engrave a line of "your song" or something, but you have to be careful to not get to cheesy. thats the worry.
I think its sweet that he is thinking about something like this... but, wouldnt it be better for her to wear a wonderfully simple bracelet or necklace all the time and each time she sees it in the mirror, or touches it, she will remember that he got it for her?

I could never be with a girl who demanded tiffany's. I'm glad my girlfriend enjoy's tech gadgets, but she also enjoys jewelry. She sometimes gets upset when i splurge on gifts for her (like nice jewelry)

That being said - if you're in this for the long run, and your girlfriend likes jewelry a ring, or bracelet/necklace are definitely in order. I know my girlfriend loves the ring I got her for our 1 year anniversary (3.5 years now) I'm sure your girlfriend would love a nice ring to show off to her girlfriends 🙂
