Prescott with 533 FSB! Is it truth ?

From inquirer ... it says some precott going to be in 533 fsb and 256 L2 cache only. IS it truth ? What are the advantage with 533 fsb ? can overclock higher ? Why with only 256 L2 cache ? cheap ?

i though prescott is supposed to be 1000+ FSB. and its not going to have hyper threading!? and the cpu starts at 3 ghz? it seems like we are going back in time.

If marketing them as "Celeron" allows Intel to ramp 90nm Prescott processor production, prior to the heat fixes, then whats the harm?

Operative word is value sector. This seems to be the value version of the Prescott.

I couldn't wait. Wail til next year.
