Prescott Retail CPU

The cooler (this is a 2.8E) looks different than the NW chips. It has a copper core in it with a TIM (pad) covering it. It reminds me of the thermoengine heatsinks a few years ago that were rumored to have refrigerant material in them!

Also, has *anyone* ever received a P4 case sticker with their retail boxed processors with the H and T? I see them on other machines (Dell and Gateway, for example).
