Prescott Pentium 4 Problem

Ok i am having a problem with my New Pentium 4 Prescott 3.2GHZ. My soyo Motherboard reading its speed wrong 2.8GHZ. The model for Motherboard is SY-P4I865PE Plus DRAGON 2 (Prescott-Ready).
Any know about this Problem, please need help here. I update the BIOS to the latest, but no effect.
