already have the sound video monitor speakers and case

but trying to get a good overclock and keep it in the 700 range

this comes to $793.00
for a cruncher that will be used for gaming and editing as well photoshop/dreamweaver..it will be overclocked ...will the 3.2 be better than a 2.8 @ o/c? mother board and ram good choices,and heatsink...which one?
anybody want to critique it...ordering tommorow if all goes well

get a northwood instead, trust me , i myself couldnt be doing with the heat

true on the heat...but this is going in a large server case and 4 120mm fans will be added if necessary.

with a good heatsink it shouldn't be a prroblem...I hope lol
