I'm guessing that he won't be able to say much other than calming the american people and threatening those who are responsible. Would be nice to have a surprise, however.

I'm sure he'll do what we expect him to do with expressing his sympathies. Perhaps he'll address how bad his Foreign Policy has been. Didn't he just take a month vacation? Then ignores threats from the Middle East.? Then this catastrophe. Is he even from this planet???
