Preparing to buy MB/CPU Am I getting good stuff?

Ok the system I am preparing to buy
1. Abit KT7A motherboard $155 - maybe I should go for Asus? or older KT7 @ $120?
2. AMD Duron overclocked to 1.1ghz from overclockwarehouse.com - spend $$$ for non-OC TBird?
3. FOB38 HS/F @ $30
Tell me if you think thats a good setup or any other suggestion!

i would go for Epox 8KTA3 from www.bunta.com for $129, and then get a t-bird 850 for the same price as your o'ced duron, and i am willing to bet you can hit at least a gig, and do it at 133mhz fsb or more, and that will SMOKE the duron.
