Well my parent's finally bought a decent house in Palm Coast, FL. in a month's time the value of the house went from 175k to 245k. This sparked my interest in real estate because a. seems like you make a lot of money and b. you can do it on the side. The person that actually did the brokrage of the house has become good friends of my parents and offered me to help her in the office as a job. Now that I'm 18 is it possible for my to start classes to become a real estate associate and then after I graduate HS take the exam for the license?

Of cousre it is. What a silly question. And, you should be taslking to the broker, not us wankers.

in florida esp. palm beach county and south...lots of money was made the past 6 years.

I know of no one owning real estate during this time that did not double to quadruple their investment.

Real estate though is not a sure thing, it depends on where you are buying.
