I am a first time Linux user and plan to install Ubuntu to my machine which is running MS Win XP Pro on the first HD which is 80G. I plan to install Ubuntu on a second HD, 60G, first partition which is 25 G and it has been formated to ext2. The remaining partition 35 G on the second HD is Fat32 and contains data files, photos etc. Any problem with this setup? Anything further to do prior to installing Umbuntu? If I am sucessful, how will I be able to choose the OS at time of bootup? The live Ubuntu CD loads well without problems on this machine.
