Prepaid Cell phones in Europe

Does anyone know of a company that gives prepaid cell phones that can be used in Europe? I have tracfone here in the US and was wondering if there is anything comparable in Europe. I need to use it as a temporary thing. Like 2 weeks to a month here and there. I don't mind buying or renting a phone. It doesn't have to be prepaid but any kind of temporary use phone.

Cingualr/AT&T is who I would look at.

I know Cingualr supports International calling (to) with their Pre-Paid Cell Phones. It's just a flat rate. The only issue might be addressing the SIM card.

I would try there website.

And don't go BUMP before 4 hours more

You can get a vodafone sim off ebay or something and just use pay-as-you-go over there. Most prepaids' over there have free incoming so it's pretty cheap. pm me if u need more help
