Prepaid 3G SIM (voice + data) in India?

I'm travelling to India for 3 weeks and I'll be taking a global-capable Android phone. I'd like to use it with a service that offers prepaid 3G data along with voice services. Can anyone recommend a preferred service provider for Delhi or Jaipur? Also, how much would these services cost? I looked at Reliance and Airtel's websites but couldn't figure out the rates/options available (couldn't tell if Reliance was CDMA or GSM either!)
