Premium proxy service is my only savior?

I will move to a country that blocks web sites because of their contents. From company network, I can access the blocked web site w/o any issues. But back to where I will live, the access to these web sites will be blocked. Is my only solution is paying $200 annually for premium proxy service? Is there any solution that is cheaper yet not so difficult in term of technology?

Hey, I just noticed we joined Anandtech the same day.

A proxy by my friend will takes up their bandwidth, also they will have to have a computer running 24/7. Any cheap paid proxy service?

There's loads of public anonymous proxies out there. I've used this site a number of times when ive need a proxy.
