Do not, I repeat, do not buy these. They are overclocked PC2700 sticks. They use 6 ns RAM. Get the Crucial, Mushkin or Corsair PC2700 for the same price instead.

This is the same "Legacy" electronics stuff I bought a few weeks ago for $10 more. It was total crap. It wouldn't make it throught the first 4 cycles of memtest. I had to do a return, so it was a $5 shipping mistake for me.

Don't learn the hard way like I did. Stay away!

Spend $7 more and get the Kingston PC-2700 DDR from Newegg.

I learned a long time ago to NEVER buy generic memory. Kingston, Corsair, Mushkin and Crucial is all I ever buy now. I've slept a lot better since that decision was made. :)
