Do you guys think it is misleading to say he is a "pregnant man"? To me, she's a woman who took hormones so she now has facial hair and had her breasts removed. She still has a uterus and a vagina.

When I saw the headlines, I thought, "WTF, how can a man be pregnant? Did science go too far and implanted an embryo into a man's abdomen?"

But then I read more and I think this headline is totally misleading.

Well, you can't really replace a working dick with a working vagina complete with baby-making action. Gender transition is only aesthetic.
